WHAT does rank mean?

In your coaching business, rank means a few things. 

 

  1. Your rank determines your income. Technically it is the level of the compensation plan that you are a part of. The higher you grow in rank, the more ways to earn income and the higher the income bracket you enter as you grow. As you grow you in rank, you also get paid MORE for the same amount of work.
     

  2. Your rank is a reflection of your team. It's an indicator that you have a team of coaches that are engaged, working on their own goals, helping others grow and successfully building a business of their own.
     

  3. Your rank is a gift back to your coach. It directly impacts the success and the income level of your sponsor coach and team in a monumental way.
     

  4. Your rank sets the example for your coaches. Your coaches are watching you and will follow the example that you set. The greatest way to inspire your team is to motivate them with your actions.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT COACH RANKS?

There are 20 coach ranKS based on a few different factors.

1. YOUR VOLUME =

A minimum amount that you buy or sell.
 

2. the # of active coaches that you sponsor =

The number of coaches that you personally sponsor who buy or sell a minimum amount. 

3. the rank of the coaches you sponsor =

The number of coaches at a certain rank that you personally sponsor. 

you can REACH ANY RANK IN THE COMPANY

if you do these three things:

1. Sponsor a coach

2. Help your coach sponsor a coach

3. Do it again

THE FOUNDATIONAL coach ranks

ACTIVE COACH = You have 50+ PV.
 

emerald = You have 50+ PV and at least 2 active coaches (one on each leg).
 

ruby = You have 75+ PV, at least 4 active coaches (two on each leg) and at least 2 of them are emerald coaches (one on each leg).
 

diamond = You have 100+ PV, at least 8 active coaches (four on each leg) and at least 2 of them are emerald coaches (one on each leg).

COACH LINGO

PV = PERSONAL VOLUME =

What you personally buy for yourself or sell to your customers from your coach account.

ACTIVE COACH =

A coach that you have personally sponsored on your team who has bought or sold a minimum of 50 PV within a 5 week period.

 

LEG =

Every coach has two sides or "legs" of their business (left and right). This structure is the basis for how we are paid beyond just sales and commissions.

When you personally sponsor a coach on your team, you as the coach chooses which leg they are placed on based on your current rank or income goals.

LEADERSHIP coach ranks

In the star diamond ranks you must have 200+ PV and you must hold each rank for six consecutive weeks before you officially earn the rank. You must be a diamond coach, have the minimum number of personally sponsored diamonds required on each leg, have the minimum requirement of total diamonds and the minimum requirement of active personally sponsored coaches.
